At the core of every Next Turbo compressor lies a component that defines performance, efficiency, and reliability: the milled impeller. Indeed, our manufacturing process reflects the same precision and material excellence found in the aerospace industry because we use the exact same high-quality alloy.
Each impeller is milled from a solid block of aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. This material was chosen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, durability, and resistance to fatigue at high rotational speeds. For applications that require enhanced corrosion resistance or operation in particularly aggressive environments, impellers can also be manufactured in stainless steel, ensuring the same level of precision and performance across different material configurations.
Unlike cast or standardized components, each impeller is individually milled from solid. Moreover, it is tailored to the specific aerodynamic and mechanical requirements of each project. As a result, we can design impeller geometries that precisely match flow, pressure, and efficiency targets for every application.
Our advanced CNC milling process ensures micron-level precision. Each impeller undergoes multiple quality checks during production to guarantee balance, smooth surface finish, and exact dimensions. This attention to detail minimizes vibration and noise while enhancing overall system reliability.
