Next Turbo Technologies S.p.A. was established with the goal of bringing a new level of innovation to a market underserved by traditional turbocompressor technology.
Next Turbo Technologies was founded in 2014 by a team of industry veterans with deep expertise in integrally geared single-stage turbocompressors. Their objective was clear: to develop a solution that could exceed the performance, efficiency, and reliability of existing systems, while remaining cost-effective and easy to maintain.

At Next Turbo Technologies, we stay focused and committed every day to ensuring energy efficiency, engineering precision, and long-term customer value. For this reason, we design and manufacture our compressors entirely in-house in Italy, within our own facility, to guarantee full control over every detail, from aerodynamic optimization to mechanical robustness, leveraging our consolidated internal know-how across all stages of design and production.

Over the years, this technical and organizational strength has supported the expansion of our international footprint. Today, Next Turbo Technologies operates through an extensive global sales network and regional subsidiaries, ensuring local presence, technical assistance, and service coverage in all major markets. Our growing network reflects our commitment to being close to our customers, wherever they operate.

We serve a wide range of industries, from municipal wastewater treatment to food processing, oil & gas, pulp & paper, and many other applications requiring large volumes of air at low pressures.

Today, we can proudly say that what began as a small, ambitious project has evolved, in just a few years, into a fast-growing company with over a thousand compressors installed across 29 countries. This rapid growth is the result of a clear vision, robust engineering, and an unwavering commitment to delivering customer-driven solutions.

Next Turbo’s factory is located in the municipality of Varese in Northern Italy, not far from Milan, and situated in one of the country’s most industrialized and technologically advanced areas in Europe. Indeed, this area is home to a dense network of highly specialized machining and manufacturing companies, many of which not only support local industy, but also serve the aerospace and defense sectors, thus providing access to world-class mechanical expertise.

The factory plays a central role in ensuring that every compressor we deliver meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. All our machines are designed, assembled, and tested in house, with a production process that relies on a tightly integrated network of trusted local suppliers. This close collaboration allows us to guarantee outstanding component quality, reduced lead times, and complete traceability.

Beyond assembly, what truly sets us apart is the depth of our internal know-how. We develop and manufacture key components such as gearboxes, impellers, and diffusers directly within our facility, rather than outsourcing them. This in-house capability gives us full control over quality and performance, while allowing continuous improvement and technological innovation driven by our own engineering team.

Spanning over 5,000 square meters of combined manufacturing and office space, the factory brings together a highly skilled team dedicated to delivering the highest possible level of quality; the very standard that has defined our reputation in the market.
