In house testing, proven performance before delivery
Every compressor we build undergoes comprehensive in-house testing to verify its performance before leaving our facility. This step is not a formality; it is a core part of our commitment to quality, reliability, and transparency. In fact, in-house testing of complete machines is not a standard practice in the industry, making our approach both distinctive and essential.
Each turbocompressor is tested under real operating conditions to verify that it performs according to the design specifications and efficiency targets promised. We conduct these tests following internationally recognized standards, including ISO…, ISO …. performance testing protocols, some of which even exceed current industry requirements. These procedures validate key parameters such as:
- Pressure and flow rate
- Isentropic efficiency
- Vibration levels
- Mechanical and thermal stability
- Noise monitoring
This process ensures that our machines not only work but work exactly as intended, delivering the performance our customers expect from day one.
For clients who require full transparency or have project-critical performance requirements, we also offer witness tests. In these sessions, customers or third-party inspectors are invited to observe the test procedures live either in person or remotely, so that results can be verified directly before shipment.
