With nearly 50 years of experience in the turbocompressor industry, Stefano has shaped some of its most important milestones.  He began his career at Flygt (now Xylem), where he gained solid international expertise. Subsequently, he founded HV Turbo Italy, which he successfully led for 27 years. He established it as a true reference point in the market. Today, as President and Co-Founder of Next Turbo, he continues to drive innovation. Moreover, he personally contributes to the design of each machine and consistently shares his unparalleled technical knowledge across every project.

An alumnus of Bocconi University and ESCP Business School, Federico combines strong academic training with hands-on industry experience. Afterwards, he spent several years at HV Turbo Italy, where he gained in-depth knowledge of turbocompressor operations. Subsequently, he co-founded Next Turbo Technologies. He brings to the company a rare blend of theoretical insight and practical expertise. Today, he oversees the administrative management of the business. In addition, he also serves as Sales Manager for the Italian market, ensuring clients benefit from his strategic vision and close understanding of their needs.

Florian has an engineering background and over a decade of experience as Sales Director at Siemens Turbomachinery, bringing a strong mix of technical knowledge and commercial expertise. Thanks to this, his understanding of both mechanical design and physical principles allows him to evaluate complex requirements and deliver the most effective solutions to clients. At the same time, he leads global sales activities at Next Turbo Technologies, helping customers with his experience and commitment to long-term partnerships

Over the years, Roberto has accumulated decades of experience in the turbocompressor industry, building his career first at HV Turbo and later at Siemens Turbomachinery, where he gained extensive international expertise. As a result, his background combines strong commercial acumen with a deep knowledge of electrical systems, enabling him to understand every detail of a project from both a technical and a client-focused perspective. Today, at Next Turbo Technologies, he manages global sales. In addition, he is an expert in providing tailored solutions that integrate advanced engineering with reliable customer support.

With over 25 years of experience in turbomachinery, aeration systems, and industrial air solutions, Scott Matthews leads Next Turbo Technologies’ operations across North America.
Before joining Next Turbo, he held key roles at Siemens, Inovair, and Engineered Air, where he developed deep expertise in wastewater treatment and power utility applications.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point in Aerospace Engineering, Scott brings a unique combination of technical insight, leadership, and market vision.
